"Holak" is a digital venue designed to connect employees interested in swapping workplace locations or roles. We do not provide employment services, and we are not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee that a swap will be successful, legally possible, or approved by your employer.
3. User Eligibility
To use this platform, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a legal resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Hold a valid employment contract with a recognized entity in KSA.
4. Compliance with Saudi Labor Law
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any potential swap complies with the Saudi Labor Law and the specific terms of their employment contract. Users must obtain all necessary formal approvals from their respective HR departments or employers before finalizing any swap. The platform does not provide legal advice regarding employment rights.
5. Data Privacy (PDPL)
In accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), we collect personal data (such as Name, Job Title, Salary, Employer, and Location) strictly for the purpose of matching users. We implement technical measures to protect this data.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any job loss, salary changes, loss of benefits, disciplinary actions, or legal disputes resulting from a user's use of the platform or their attempt to swap positions. We do not verify the accuracy of information provided by other users.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
